Data lists should be in ASCII, Excel, Access or Data Base formats. The list should contain a header format. We will address verification, remove all duplicates, correct zip codes, add zip +4 designation, add pre sorted barcode, and CASS certify.
Please provide us with your list for direct mail printing in one of the following formats:
Excel (please provide record headers)
Access (please make sure your queries are correct and give us only the names you want to mail to)
Comma Delimited Fixed Length (please include a field layout showing field names and positions)
We need the following fields to properly handle your mailing service job:
First Name (First and Last Names may be combined into Field 1)
Address #1 (Street Address)
Address #2 (Apt. / Suite)
Using recognizable column titles on the direct mail printing list you submit to us, will save time and help us get your mailing out the door faster. Suggested column titles are; First Name, Last Name, Company, Address, City, State, and Zip.
